Vince Valenti - Vince is the guy you call up when no one else knows the answer. His skill set is vast and includes things like *NIX/Windows, Cisco certified Networking, Programming, VOIP, and whatever else I can't think of. A great guy to work with, and a solid friend.
Matthew Turland - I read Matt's php|arch article on data scraping before ever meeting him. Then by chance I started a conversation with a dude named 'Elazar' in the #phpc IRC channel. Low and behold it turned out to be Matt, and he has been answering my random PHP and REGEX questions ever since. Matt is incredibly nice and has been invaluable in this process.
Steve Roti - Steve has been a great encouragement and a wealth of knowledge. With 20+ years of technology consulting and a host of SQL and Database related articles/books under his belt, it has been a great help to bounce ideas off of him.
